On recent posts you’ve recommended getting at least 1.6g of protein per KG of body weight per day.
Have your recommendations on protein intake changed recently - the To Be A Beast article recommends between 1.1 and 1.25g of protein per LB of bodyweight, depending on fat loss/muscle gain/recomp.
This equates to c.240 - 275g of protein for a 100kg man, whereas recent recommendations would say that 160g of protein would be sufficient. Is 1.6g/KG of bodyweight the minimum recommendation?
