Hey, been following Barbell Medicine for awhile and usually just stalk the forums. However, I can’t figure out how to stop injuring my neck.
I usually don’t know where it comes from but today while deadlifting I pulled something in the back of my neck that leads to the middle of my upper back. It normally lasts a week and is fine but I always seem to re-injure the same muscle every few months. There was no pain when the muscle was pulled, I just felt a stretching of the muscle and stopped the lift.
Any advice would be appreciated.
