Quadriceps problem

Hello BBM,

So about a week ago I had a light squat day two days after a very heavy day. Everything was fine until on my third rep I felt like a pinch in the middle of my right quad. Not near the knee and not near the hip. Right in the middle. At first I thought my lifting belt got pushed into my leg but this is not possible. I continued to do my worksets with some discomfort but no loss of strength only a weird discomfort. There is no swelling, nothing to see on the outside but it feels sort of bruisend and I get a really uncomfortable feeling squatting heavy now since then. Feels really stiff sometimes aswell. Oh and I can do conventional deadlifts without a problem but sumo really irritates it.

Do you have some advise for this maybe? You think I tore something?
