I’ve been following the bridge 3.0, and on the sets where you do a % of your e1rm, do you use the e1rm that was calculated from that previous week? If not, how would I find my e1rm.

Those usually follow ramping sets with an RPE target, from which you can use an e1RM for the day.
Ok, thank you. I misunderstood how the e1rm worked, I was using the e1rm that the spreadsheet had calculated from the previous week, and doing said % of that.
