Question about the Bridge

Hello,

I have two questions:

  1. On the pin squat and pin bench, how much weight is to be borne by the pins as you pause? Do we just barely touch the pins or actually transfer some of the weight to the pins?
  2. On GPP days, do we pick one exercise to do for 7 minutes or could it be 3 minutes pull ups + 3 minutes rows + 1 min chin ups?

  1. Transfer some weight (making it different from paused bench and squat), but keeping tightness of the muscles, which is the challenge.
  2. I think it would be fine to do the three sequentially, considering you could do the transition in virtually no time (< 20 sec, I’d say). Personally, I like alternating one set of pulls, one of chins.
