Hey Leah, I have a quick question regarding a previous post you answered for me. Back around mid July I asked you about starting the BBM coaching when I got back from a 6 week long trip for school. Well I am back and I just got a good new job but I am in the process of moving, getting rid of my current place and finding a new place. Training should be an issue but I am short on funds until things settle down. My current plan was just to run the Hypertrophy template at maintenance calories to shed some of this excess fat I have now that I am 165lbs @20% instead of around the 175lb @20% that I left with on my trip. Just wanted to ask if this seems like a reasonable idea to clear up some extra fluff until I can afford the coaching, which should be soon.

Hi Willy, welcome home! Hope it was a great 6 weeks. The hypertrophy template would be great, and it’s keep an eye on your intake but unless you are quite short or have a notable waist size, I would not worry about getting back to 165 immediately. Make training a high priority, eat well, and do the conditioning. It will be good! And then we’ll start up with coaching when you are able to do so.
