In the description for the program it says to perform 1 single @ 8 then 5 sets of 5 @ 8, the same as in your free version of The Bridge however week 2 calls for a single @ 8 then drop 20% which would put the weight well below what an 8 RPE would be for me. So should I follow the percentage or which put me at about a 6 or move the weight up to an 8? I’m 19 weeks out from my next meet so I’ll need to make some modifications
