Question on Austin's super quick training sessions...

Hi - I enjoy watching Austin’s “I dOn’T hAvE TiMe To TrAiN” vids on YouTube and instagra. Question, is this your general approach to training, or do you normally take longer and only do this when pushed for time?

That is my approach when pushed for time. Those videos also do not include back-off sets, which are still done, albeit on shorter rests (<3 min).
