Question with training and water

I recently started exercising again after purchasing a barbell but I am having issues with motivation and my mind is currently fixated on water

I can’t seem to stick to drinking a certain kind of water since I obsess over the filters and how it’s treated. I’m just looking for a senior member to give me some guidance so I can move on with life, start training and go after my ambitions… I don’t want to use caffeine to get me through life
So I ask, what the hell should I be drinking? Is it a specific filtered water? Reverse osmosis system? Simple carbon block filtered? Rain water? Micro filter then UV treated? Bottled spring water? Distilled water? Reverse Osmosis with added minerals? Simple tap water?
I hope someone here can help me, I genuinely want to consistently start training… when I was younger I truly enjoyed it and appreciated it

This doesn’t matter.

Assuming you live in a reasonably developed area in the US, tap water is fine.
