if I was keeping my calories at maintenance, eating enough protein and following a good program, can I assume that this would lead to a (very slow) body recomposition?
I’m asking because right now I would like to stay roughly at the same weight as now, but lose a little bit of fat and hopefully gain some muscle mass.
My stats: 32 y/o male, 176cm, 78kg, 88cm waist.
Would you instead rather recommend first cutting some fat and gaining muscle mass afterwards, or should I do it the other way round (first gaining, then cutting)?
Appreciate your advice.
