Regression of not using a Barbell

For the beginner template, what can we supplement for someone who cannot use a barbell? Goblet Squat, DB Row/TRX Row/, KB Deadlift, etc.? What if said person never wants to touch a barbell?

And by saying that cannot use a barbell, I’m saying they are too weak. Just curious about the buildup to a barbell and steps to get there. Maybe an obvious answer but curious about what others have gone through.

Yep, any form of resistance training is suitable here. Ideally it works the same muscle groups and has a similar fatigue profile, but anything within shooting distance is good here.
