Planning to start the At Home template tomorrow. Thanks for putting this together so quickly. I am planning to have the family (wife, son, 11, daughter, 9) run the no equipment version while I do the Minimal Equipment (I have a pair of 60 lb dumbbells and a bar with weights - no rack though). I have run a few of your templates before and so familiar with the type of template.
But I have a question about the rep ranges and how to use RPE when there is a range. I am used to the other templates where a single rep count is given (e.g. 6 reps at RPE=8). For example, if it says target 12-25 reps at RPE 8, is the idea to find a rep count within that range that equals an RPE = 8? And then do the second set at RPE 8 where it may be the same rep count (or not ), but would still be within that range and an RPE 8? As I write my question, I think that’s what I’m likely supposed to do, but wanted to confirm.
