Repeating a deload/pivot

So for context I’m currently running PBIII finished week 6 and I’m supposed to move on to week 7 but week 6 did not go as planned.

overshot my squat single at rpe 9.
misloaded my bench warm-up which resulted in a top set of rpe 9
​​​Also decide to join a deadlift party and drank 350mg of caffeine which although I hit a single for rpe 8, kind of got carried away and went with a 10.

Considering the next following weeks would be uneventful, would it be fine to repeat week 6 properly this time or just move on to week 7?

I would just move on to the next week. No need for a deload or pivot now in my opinion.

Also, 350mg is child’s play :wink:
