Powerbuilding 2 - Delaying Deload Week

Hi guys,

I am currently on the last week of the PBII template and it was great, thank you guys for making it! I am planning on rerunning it but the first time I ran it, on week 5 I felt like I could keep going and didn’t really feel like I needed a deload. I ended up just taking the deload on the next week and running the program as is but after listening to your progressive loading podcast I think I should have just kept repeating week 5 since I didn’t feel like I needed a deload mentally or physiologically. So on this second run of the program, if before the deload week I feel like I can keep going do you think I should do that or just run the program as-is?

Yep, I would keep going sans deload if you can/want to!

Thanks Jordan! Sorry but I have one more question: when rerunning PBII would you just keep the GPP volume the same as week 10 of the last run or reset it to the lower volume that is prescribed at the start and build up again?
