If I’m prescribed doubles of an exercise how do I count reps in reserve? By the number of double I have left in me or the just how many single reps I’ve got left in the tank?
I know I read an official BBM statement on this somewhere at some point but can’t remember now.

It would be based off the ‘single reps’ you have left in the tank if you kept the set going.
For example if you did a set of 100kg x 2 reps and think you could have kept going to do another 3 reps (hitting 5 reps total in that set) that would be 3 RIR or @7 RPE.
