Resistance training and CTS

Are there any resistance training exercises that have been shown to help lessen the effects or improve the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,I personally work with vibrating machinery on a daily basis and often wake up with numb hands around 3 every morning I would love to change my job but it’s my own business and just can’t,but if specific exercises or strategies would help would very much like to give them a try
