Returning after 4 month hiatus

I’ve had great success running 12 week strength and 7 week hypertrophy. My job takes a physical toll on me and I haven’t trained for 4 months. I am a household furniture mover so I am away from home 6 to 7 days a week from april until early September and working 12 to 16 hrs a day. The plus is I make enough to stay around my home and workout from september to April every year. I have gone from 5’10 205lbs to 175lbs and I am wondering where I should start when I get back to training early september through April 2020.

Should I just run 7 week hypertrophy as is first? Or should I do something else before jumping straight into a program.

I plan to slowly uptick my calories this month so I can get accustomed to eating more again. I’m currently around 3000 cals a day…was at 4500 a day when training.

If you haven’t trained at all for four months, you would be a candidate for the beginner prescription/template.

What do you think I should move onto after that template? I’ve run 12 week strength and 7 week hypertrophy around 3 times each before this hiatus and was doing very well, but I see you have some new templates.
