Hey y’all
So, due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ve gone a month without any exercise. I’m now able to go back to the gym and my goal is to build up my work capacity to run the bodybuilding template, as that is what I enjoying before the layoff. I’m planning on doing the beginner template. Is this a good idea and, if so, should I do all three phases? Are there any adjustments you would make that would better prepare me for the volume of the BB template?
