Hey gang, i tore my rotator cuff a few years ago and it still gets sore doing light weight exercises years later but no pain when im not working out. I seem to always hit a plateau when doing the standard physio external internal rotation stuf, I even have some delt atrophy from not being alowedd to go overhead with my training.
Recently i read that its actually beneficial to do overhead presses to work the cuff in a more natural movement and get the shoulder stronger. Has anybody had success using these for a partially torn rotator cuff? Thanks!
