I usually do my GPP on the same day as the main lifts to save time. I see that on W6-8 of the Bridge 3.0 the recommended Upper Back work is not simply a pull of my choice for 8 min (my choice was pullups), but specifically a row with prescribed reps and sets. From my schedule it will be on D2 - after Lever Rows. Does it make sense to do additional row work that day? Or should I switch my GPP days to do rows on D1 and D3?
Either way is just fine!
