This may be the Nth post with the same content, but I felt I should write it.
I have first heard about RPE very recently (2 months, more or less), in Alan’s question at Rip’s Q&A (I was not sold after this, and I think both opinions are valid to some degree) and then his own videos about the matter. Then, there were always many mentions here at the Forum. Then there was The Bridge, which I have just started executing, and then after reading about Mike T (also in the Forum), I have done some research about the guy, listened and read some thing he had to say, which I have also found very enlightening - he, such as yourselves, should be followed by a much wider audience in the internet.
All this sums up in the concept having a fresh but seemingly good reception in my mind and training goals, I think it is very valuable for program prescriptions (specially online), it will help a lot in the following months of training, and this podcast could not have come in a better time or have a more valuable content.
Thank you very much for the effort and dedication you put into this. I hope to be able to carry my current enthusiam and dedication for a long time, and to have this level of information and support is very helpful. That’s GOLD, Jerry. Gold.
