Safety squat and temlates

Barbell medicine crew,
Let me say thanks for all that you do. I purchased your hypertrophy template, your press program and your endurance template and so far love them. I have no plans of competing in a strength sport, and mainly train to improve bjj. My question is, will I miss out on strength or hypertrophy gainzz if I use a Safety squat bar in place of low bar for the templates?

Thanks for the kind words. To answer your question, you’ll only miss out on strength development specific to the low bar squat, i.e. how much weight you can squat low bar, by not squatting low bar. Other than that…it doesn’t matter.
