My Program history is as follows: LP > Bridge 1.0 > Bridge 2.0 > 12 Week Strength
I"m 42 yo male … 6’3" 208lbs with a 39 inch waist. I plan to try to maintain my weight while running the hypertrophy template and try to get my waist down a little, then jump back into a strength focused template.
I tend to get more lower back fatigue that may have contributed to a recurring back tweak issue throughout my programming history.
I’m not sure if I should do the 3 or 4 day hypertrophy template next. I’d love to hear what you all think . Thanks!
