I had a previous adductor tear that I recently tore through more significantly. My training has mostly not been impacted. The only time I feel pain while training is at the bottom of my squats, and even then it is very mild. My concern is that when I get back into running and playing sports that the tear will become a problem.
Is there any time urgency around a muscle tear and when to see a doctor? What sort of repairs are possible / make sense to pursue, and when do you recommend a patient to have repair done?
First time posting so not sure if this matters: I’ve done 12 weeks of Starting Strength, finished the Bridge 1.0, and just finished the first week of Power Building.
