Hello Jordan/Austin,
I am set to run PB I next week (and pretty excited ngl), I noticed there are SDLs programmed. I have never done these before, but I am doubtful my hammies will be able to tolerate the ROM necessary to perform the movement (I will play around with it this deload week to give myself a better idea if it’s doable or not). In any event, if I can’t do them for whatever reason, what are my alternatives?
