No need to delete your post. I have read your pre-edited post. In general, we have not seen many situations where non-traumatic back pain requires spinal disc replacements and I suspect that with appropriate, gradual training you can continue to do the things you enjoy with minimal symptoms. Unfortunately without more detail on your case its difficult to provide specific recommendations, but we’d be happy to consult with you if you’d like.

Austin, being interested in everything training related I’ve read quite a bit about spinal issues. Most of the materials I came across state that there are solutions for replacing cervical discs but not lumbar (as the later ones bear substantially more weight and stress).
Latest state of the science and tech on this one?
