Splitting 3 Lifting Days Over 4 Days

Is it possible to combine a typically 3 day lifting plus GPP over 4 days? Working shifts it would occasionally be advantageous to have shorter workouts. As an example (just because that’s where I’m at) could Week 7 of The Bridge have been split up to something like:

Day 1
Squat w/belt Pin Bench
GPP 1 Abs + Chins/Rows

Day 2
Pin Squat
Press w/belt
1ct Paused Deadlift

Day 4
1ct Bench
BB Rows
Squat no belt

Day 5
Deadlift w/belt
GPP 2 Abs + Chins/Rows + Arms

Sure, that’s a perfectly acceptable way to split it up!

Thanks Jordan, is there limit to how far you can change the order of the workouts in that you mess up the SRA, intensity, etc. For instance as an extreme example could you run it over 6 or even 7 days if that suited your needs?

Well, the intensity won’t change if you stretch it out over more days, as the components of the program are what they are.

That said, spreading the training out over longer than 1-week would change the stimulus from a volume perspective. Specifically, it would lower the weekly volume and I don’t think that is likely to be successful for most individuals. That said, some training is better than no training, certainly.
