The Bridge/3 training days

Hi everybody, I want to start with the bridge after finishing SSLP.
Also I plan on cutting calories at the same time. My goal for the next few months is reducing body fat and still get stronger (so focus would be aesthetics).

Here is the thing: Due to my personal and work schedule I only get 3 days for training. Including GPP days the bridge requires 4 to 5 training days.

Is there a way to perform GPP on a lifting day? Don’t get me wrong, I do not expect the same results as if I was doing the program correctly but I just can’t do more than 3 days.

Or do you recommend to do another program with these constraints in mind?

Welcome! I think you’re going to enjoy the Bridge and it is just fine to the GPP on a training day, after you lift. You can also divide a GPP day up over a couple of days if that helps you get it all done. Enjoy!
