I’m trying to find studies that look at sprinting vs. longer-distance jogging for fat loss. Is there a consensus yet among the scientific community or is the jury still out?
Even if there is not consensus, would you recommend intermittent sprinting over jogging? I think (maybe?) your general cutting advice is to get a caloric deficit going and just keep strength training, but if you had to recommend intermittent sprinting or jogging for fat loss, which would you recommend and why? Part of the reason I want to know specifically is I just enjoy running so I want to make the most of what I do when cutting. I’ll still be strength training. Thanks!
