Sprinter Gains

Hello!
I am about to finish the Strength and Endurance template this week and I’ve learned I rather enjoy sprinting and my husband noticed and thought I would enjoy training to be a sprinter (non-competitive but it would be cool to see what I can do) and also make some cool leg gains (those sprinter legs are mighty nice). I also really like the three day lifting split of the template with a focus on the bench, deadlift, squat and OHP. Is there by chance a template that is more strength and Sprint based? Is that even possible? Or could i manipulate the GPP on the Endurance template for this?
If neither is possible what do you suggest I do?

That looks something like our General S/C template. You could also do more sprint work on the endurance template, sure :slight_smile:

Go for it! Sprinting is great - I hate running, but sprinting is something different :slight_smile:

To begin with I’m sure it will be better to just build into the sprinting gradually, to allow your body to get used to it (equivalent RBE from lifting), but once you’ve established a good base you probably will settle into more of an understanding of how you best train when splitting up lifting and sprinting days, which days to follow rest days/be followed by rest days, etc.
