I know there are no shortcuts to greatness and that squat is the best exercise however my forearm and bicep is way too inflamed i can’t go through my workouts because of it
Therefore what is the best alternative (Hack squat, Leg press or anything really) for me to be able to keep going on NLP while my arm calms down and rest up
