I’m currently doing your GSC template and planning on doing PB1 after I finish. However I have a cranky shoulder so I don’t like to squat with a barbell. I lift at home and use a SSB for my squats. It’s not a problem on the GSC template but on PB1 you have 1 day of squats with a belt that I was going to use an SSB bar. Your Day 2 squats are SSB (which I was planning to do as my day 1 lift), belt squats, leg press (don’t have equip for those) or HBBS (can’t do because of shoulder). What squats would you recommend? Pin or box squats like in GSC? Something else?
You can do any variation of a SSB Squat, e.g., paused SSB squat, pin SSB squat, box SSB squat, tempo, chains, etc.
Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate all you guys do. I’ve was a 400lb miserable couch potato a few years ago. Barbell Med has been the best training resource I’ve found during my fitness journey. There’s some good stuff out there but you guys are the best IMHO.
