Squat and upper back

I am a little bit confused of how to set my upper back on the squat.
On the one hand alan cues ribs down on the end of this video

And on the other hand Leah cues proud chest

I am getting a mixed message

You pull your ribs down and “open your chest”.

I tried it and I think I get it now. Also, I have a minor scoliosis so my rear delts are not in the same height and i think the bar doesnot sit properly. What can i do about this?

How can I adjust it?Also, the ribs down cue apllies to the deadlift too?

Yes i do the set up by Αlan. Although my build is "weird’.I have long legs and short torso(long arms in proportion of my torso, but my legs are even longer) and its difficult for me to set my low back(I am nearly horizontal at the starting position).I have switched a year ago to sumo and things seems better, but i would like to deadlift conventional.Ι am planning to run the bridge again with conventional form, maybe romanian deadlifts and block pulls help my form.
As far as the squat,If I want it to make it even the bar should move more down from the rear delt or more up from the spine of the scapula (in the other side)?I know it is difficult without or video.I will post a form check.

Well i think i found the solution.I brought my hands closer together, squeezed my back harder and meat poped out in the midde (part of the traps maybe) so i put the bar there and it felt even.As far the front squat,do you recommend anything?
