hi BBM team don’t know how common this is but I’m actually stronger doing a 1 second pause squat than just squatting and getting that stretch reflex and was wondering if you could maybe shed some light on this ? And is it more of a technique issue I have as I feel I’m in far more control with a pause.
so my question is how would you suggest someone go about sorting this issue or is it just get rid of pause squat or any other variation and just squat comp style ? Or would you have any over suggestions ?
