I just wondering whether the use of sRPE and A/C workload ratios for managing training load would be advisable for novice lifters? I have looked through multiple BBM articles which don’t seem to address this.

We think using sRPE and managing workload/fatigue is useful for all lifters.
Thanks for the response Jordan. I just another question:
I am currently running a novice program which does not employ the use of RPE, in podcast 39, Michael seems to emphasize sRPE as an important variable in the context of internal loading but not RPE, so is managing fatigue/load without RPE okay? Or should I use it alongside sRPE and A/C workload ratios?
How are you managing fatigue/load without subjective input? I don’t think that’s possible.
