SSLP and the press

I had quick question regarding the press. I train at both my work gym and my home gym. My work gym has high ceilings and this is where I did all my pressing. However, my work is shutting down the gym for a while due to structural issues. My home gym has all the right equipment, but it is in my basement and the ceilings are to low for me to press. I started to do seated presses and have been alternating between bench and press. Should I continue to alternate between the bench and seated press or should I bench more? Thank you in advance.

PS I am wrapping up my LP and will be moving onto the Bridge, most likely in January.

Yes, you can continue with the seated press.
