Hi coaches,
I had one bad week of not training, plus jetlag and lack of proper sleep. I was doing an easy 140kg for five reps on Squat with no problem. After these week, I got 120kg for 2 reps. Felt really crap. I just got weak really really fast.
I was planning on running The Bridge programm. Would you recommend to run an LP for 2 weeks or so, or just stick to the new program? Is there any general protocol you guys suggest to regain some strength, due to detrainig (so it seems to me)?
