6 months away

So I’ve been away from lifting for 6 months due to laziness. Well I’m coming back and wanted to start strength training again. But should I do a micro LP or go straight to the Bridge. Any advice would be helpful.

I would do a short LP run first, then move to the bridge.

After doing some research and listening to some podcast of theirs. I have decide to go with the GPP plan. 2 reasons I want to maintain what strength i have and i have a PT test coming up and need to be conditioning for the run.
