starting to track

Hey there, i have been training in a structured way for a while but i want to get more serious with my nutrition.
From what i have gathered, to bulk, i should calculate my daily calories, my macro nutrient ratio and then increase 10-30g of carbohydrates and 4-10g of fat, then track from there, right?
when should increase the amount of protien i consume?

Pardon me for jumping in here but doesn’t the 1.6 grams per kilo go against what you recommend in the article to be a beast? I’m probably missing something

I think I see what you’re saying. Since he’s bulking, as his weight increases and he keeps his protein consumption constant at some point the protein he is consuming will be less than 1.6 grams per kilo of his body weight and then at that point he would increase the protein macro Does that sound correct?
