Hey Jordan, this is a pretty simple question with maybe an impossible answer but for the occasions where one eats with family/friends and the meal calories and macros aren’t trackable, whether that’s eating pizza or burgers in a restaurant or a home cooked meal, what is the best strategy for “tracking” this and accounting for it? Take pizza in a restaurant for example - I would most likely not have a clue as to what the calorie/macro breakdown was.
