Strength 1 alternative to chains/bands

Hi BBM team simple question before I purchase the strength 1 program I believe you need chains which I do not have yet and alternatively I Have bands I’m assuming this will be fine before I get chains.

if someone was not to have bands or chains what would the substitute exercise of choices be ?

The template gives you options for equipment restrictions and bands would work just fine. There are other exercise options included that don’t use chains or bands.
