Strength 2 - BP frequency

I am back to squatting finally but I’m not sure if my hip drive is too excessive, would you be able to please comment on that? Thank you so much! Appreciate all your support. :heart:

Since I couldn’t squat for a while I had to reduce the load quite a bit but it seems to be building up fast even on a cut (lost 2.5kg the last 2 weeks and still getting stronger).

Squats look mostly fine and I can confirm that your hip drive is not excessive at all. Only things I’d consider changing would be to not look down so much and to get more of your hand on the bar, as I think this would tighten your back rack. I’d try moving the hand down and have a bit more extension in your wrist.
