Are there any stretching routines you recommend? Since I started your templates (Beginner for 16 weeks, the Bridge for 4 weeks and now Powerbuilding 1), working out I always feel tight and slightly sore.
I went to golf yesterday and almost threw my back out on the first driver swing! lol
We do not recommend stretching “routines”, in general, nor would we expect them to help with your soreness.
If you have been training consistently through all those templates and feel consistently sore, I would be curious if you are consistently overshooting the target training loads.
