I just finished reading the Bridge after seeing Allan’s video and found it very informative. I am currently doing SSLP and looking for an intermediate program to transition into. In your FAQ you say never stretch can you please expand on that or provide the rational. I am a 52 year old male and find a proper warm up and stretching conducive to an effective session.

The thing about stretching is that it does not uniquely increase general ROM, decrease rate of injury, improve recovery, or lead to better training outcomes. I think doing a few more sets of 5 with the empty barbell for the squat, for instance, is likely a better option than any non specific stretching.
You should trust your own judgement. I for one have to warm up and stretch my shoulders before squatting, otherwise I can’t get the bar on my back without pain. So I think specific stretches, which allow you to go through the ROM of the exercise, are advisable.
