Supermarket yougurt

Hello,
In my country there are some protein-yogurt brands of big-chain dairy companies (
These cost about 15% more than whey, and are quite tasty. 120 kcals for 20g protein.
It’s written than 11.5g of the protein is from whey, and the rest 8.5g are caseins.
What does that mean about the quality of the 8.5g? Is it a code name for spiked protein? Or just regular dairy protein which is great like other dairy protein (milk, cheese etc.)? not sure…

Thanks

Looks like regular dairy-derived protein to me. Eat up, my friend!
