Greetings,
Any idea how much lactose is in the gainzzzrx whey isolate? Could not find the info anywhere and seems in other products the amounts vary.
Greetings,

There is no lactose in our whey. There is little to no lactose in most wheys, for reference.
Just got my first order of the whey and GainzzRx. You recommend taking the GainzzRx immediately before and after workout but there are no recommendations on when you should take the whey (tasty stuff by the way.) Most other whey products recommend taking it immediately after the workout. I’m assuming you probably recommend the same but just thought I’d bounce it off of you. Additionally, as a 55 yr old male I need to really boost my protein intake. With the other products I would double scoop to get the 50-60 grams of protein. However, based on your thoughts that it can’t be utilized appropriately in those massive amounts, should I just be taking it 3x throughout the day if possible? Thanks
Thank you! Just wanted to check. One has to be careful to avoid causing the greenhouse effect and everything.
Yea, I think that’s a bogus recommendation by the mfg. You should take the whey when you need it, e.g. when you need a quick, portable, low cal dietary protein source. I think if you’re 55, I would aim for 1g of protein per pound of body weight spread into 4 meals per day. If you need some whey to bridge that gap, do it
Thanks for your business by the way. It is much appreciated.
Will do Jordan, thanks for the feedback.
Two other questions regarding flavors:
Any chance of a vanilla or even unflavored whey in the future? The chocolate Is good but I like to get creative with fruit and plain yogurt most of the time and chocolate kind of limits me to only strawberries, cherries, and banana, whereas vanilla opens the door to just about anything. Just a thought.
Is there a reason the GainzzRx watermelon flavor is so, shall we say… in your face? Not sure if it’s a generational thing but holy schnikey that stuff gets my attention! I’ve got a 57 yr old training partner that asked if his ears started to wiggle while he drank the one I made for him.
