Superset (Hypertrophy I upper back)

Quick question about the supersetting for the upper back in the later weeks of H1. Is the recommendation to do one back exercise followed immediately (i.e., without rest) by a second exercise, and then rest before the second superset, or to take a rest between each exercise, while still alternating between the two (i.e. E1 rest E2 rest E1 rest E2 rest)?

Yep, I would do two exercises back to back, then rest before the next superset. I don’t know that there are huge differences in outcomes with one strategy over the other, but we try to favor the former when doing supersets.
