Supplementing before/during high intensity camp

Going to a sports camp for 10 days with 2 practices per day. That is way more intensity than I have normally.
Any guidelines/suggestions on supplementing before/during the camp?
For example, any point taking Magnesium to prevent potential cramps in legs?

I would not recommend an electrolyte supplement, no. You may find it difficult to consume enough energy to maintain weight throughout the camp, so some meal replacement-type or protein supplementation may be useful.
