Swapping from Time Crunch to Strength I

Hello Dr,

Asking this for a friend. He is on his last week for the Time Crunch, does he need to complete the Pivot part of the template or can he jump to the Strength I template, after he completes the Time Crunch part? (Without completing the Pivot)

I think you’re asking about skipping week 1 of the Strength Template. I would go ahead and start that template from week 1, as written. There is no low stress week at the END of the time crunch, so it’s still a helpful week one in this case. And he has a life-time of training ahead, so no need to rush!
