Can I do GPP from Strength I in the Time Crunch Template?

Jumped directly from Strength I which I’ve already ran 3 times to the Time Crunch Template and was wondering if I can do the same GPP from Strength I in the Time Crunch? Week 1 only has me doing sprints, so if it’s okay to also do the arm, trunk and ab work then I will.

You sure can! If you have the time and interest in continuing that level of GPP, I’d do it.
